Macro days

Though I don't have a special macro lens, I 'do' macro photography using my 120-400mm sigma, and a kenko extension tube I put between the camera and the lens (35mm). It's not as good as 'the real thing', but it'll do. Summer is here in the Netherland (has been heer for over a week), and so it's time to go after the butterflies, dragonflies (and other flying insects I might encounter). Today I took some pictures of other small things too. Pictures of damselfies (Green-eyed Hawker Aeshna isosceles , Variable Damselfly, Coenagrion pulchellum) and some other flies I uploaded to the main site.

I can't put a name to the hoverfly pictured above, but I've also uploaded some pics of it on the main site here.
